Curis to Present at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer 32nd Annual Meeting and the Cowen IO NEXT Summit

LEXINGTON, Mass., Nov. 03, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Curis, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRIS), a biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative and effective therapeutics for the treatment of cancer, today announced upcoming presentations at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 32nd Annual Meeting and a presentation by Ali Fattey, CEO, as part of an analyst-moderated fireside chat at the Cowen IO NEXT Summit. The presentations will take place Nov. 10, 2017, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Oxon Hill, Maryland.

In an oral presentation at the SITC Meeting, researchers will provide updated preliminary clinical trial data from the Phase 1 dose escalation stage of CA-170, an oral small molecule targeting the immune checkpoints PDL-1 and VISTA. In addition, preclinical data related to combination therapy with CA-327, an oral small molecule PDL-1, VISTA and TIM-3 immune checkpoint antagonist, will be provided in a poster presentation.
